About me
About Me:
My name is Bram van Koppen and sports have been a central part of my life since I was a teenager. I first discovered martial arts through Karate, but soon transitioned to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which has been a passion of mine ever since. Along the way, I realized that to perform at my best I needed to build strength and that’s when strength training became an essential part of my journey. From Olympic lifting to powerlifting and much more, I explored different disciplines to grow as both an athlete and a coach.
Next to coaching, I am also a certified physiotherapist, which allows me to combine performance training with injury prevention and rehabilitation.
I’m a proud father of two children, and through that experience I learned firsthand how valuable time-efficient and realistic training methods are. Balancing family, work, and training is a challenge and that’s exactly why I focus on making fitness practical and sustainable.
